This means there are 50 of a called-for 61 color plates present in this section. After page 124, there is a bound-in Supplemnt, which is then continuously paginated from pp. 125 to page 152, which includes all 12 color plates. Thus, of a possible 73 colored plates for this book, 62 are present and 11 are missing. Collection of exquisite plates, hand-colored (according to others) with the exception of the 12 Supplemental plates, which are color chromolithographs. Sold as a collection of plates. There is some slight damage to 7 the pages of 7 plates - this is noted on a photo of a note at the front of the book. Covers of book are clean and tidy with just a few small marks on the front & back; there is some very occasional foxing. Book weighs 2.3kg. A copy of this book with all plates intact and in good condition is quite rare.
