Christa Sturm (\*1966, Eppelborn, Saar) hat Kunstgeschichte, klassische Archäologie und Spanisch in Saarbrücken und Valladolid studiert und ihre Promotion in Madrid und Saarbrücken geschrieben. Ihr Studium der Freien Kunst mit den Schwerpunkten Malerei und Performance-Kunst hat sie in Brüssel und Saarbrücken absolviert. Sie arbeitet(e) als Journalistin/Nachrichtenkorrespondentin und Künstlerin wie Kunstvermittlerin sowie Kunstlehrerin und verfügt über nationale wie internationale Ausstellungserfahrung. Seit ihrer frühen Jugend verfasst sie zudem Gedichte. Daneben leitete Christa Sturm den Studiengang KUNST.Lehramt an der HBK Braunschweig und ist derzeit an einer Integrierten Gesamtschule in Mainz als Kunstpädagogin tätig. Sie lebt und arbeitet seit 2020 in Wiesbaden.
