Housed in a Cockerell paper covered card slipcase. One of three hundred and twenty-eight copies on paper, with twenty-five on vellum. "Printed in Subiaco type, with chapter-headings and shoulder-notes in red. All the coloured initials are filled in by hand in red, blue, or green by Graily Hewitt & his two assistants" (Hornby, 'A Descriptive Bibliography of the Books Printed at The Ashendene Press MDCCCCV-MCMXXXV', page 90).
