Very few in the public light escaped Gillray's satire, with him caricaturing William Pitt, Napoleon, Edmund Burke, the Prince of Wales (George IV) and George III among many others. In half morocco, half marble boards. Externally, smart, with slight rubbing to joints and to morocco extremities. Signs of fading to marble boards and the odd small scratch. Slight fading to spine label. End papers are bright and clean. Front free end paper is nearly loose. Internally, firmly bound.
