First edition, first issue (with pp 215-220; 'In the majority of copies pages 215-220 are cancelled out, it being evident from the text that the author had been a little too outspoken over a controversy concerning the Manton Patent Breech, that arose between Mr. Manton and the Duke of Richmond' (Abbey).
