Large format gelatin silver print photograph, 260 x 360 mm, printed on thick board, 410 x 510 mm (mount), printed caption beneath image; the print is in superb condition; the mount has some surface loss at top right corner. A great example of the wonderful Victorian scenery photographs commissioned by the Victorian government throughout most of the twentieth century, which were typically displayed in railway carriages on regional train services.
