Condizione: NUOVO. Roma, Antenore cm.17x24, pp.XLII,75, brossura. Collana Medioevo e Umanesimo,120.

Paperback. Condizione: New. Print on Demand. This book is an exploration of the early history of the city of Florence, Italy by examining its origins as a Roman colony. The narrative explores different theories and beliefs about the founding of Florence with some dating back to Roman figures, such as Hercules. The author examines the viability of these theories against historical records, archeological findings, and linguistic evidence to determine which suppositions hold the most weight. The book delves into the challenges of determining the city's true origins given the limited and often conflicting information available. Ultimately, this book provides valuable insights into the historical development of Florence and the broader context of Roman colonization during that period. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book. print-on-demand item.…

Condizione: NUOVO. Roma, Antenore cm.17,5x25, pp.LXXVIII,518, brossura intonso. Collana Medioevo e Umanesimo,115.

Paperback. Condizione: New. Print on Demand. This book explores genealogy and the creation of family trees during the 16th century in Italy, an era when such practices were gaining prominence. The author seeks to provide a comprehensive guide to tracing family lineages and constructing accurate representations of family history. The book delves into the historical context of the period and the significance of preserving family heritage within the broader social and cultural landscape. It also delves into the challenges and complexities of navigating the often-conflicting historical records and sources available to genealogists, offering practical solutions and methodologies for overcoming such obstacles. Through its insightful analysis and practical guidance, this book serves as a valuable resource for historians, researchers, and anyone interested in unraveling the intricacies of their family's past. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format.
