Prima edizione
Hardcover. Condizione: Very Good. Condizione sovraccoperta: Very Good. 1st Edition. American Chemical Society. Washington DC. 1974. 311 pages. Illustrated. First edition; first printing in the uncommon DJ. A symposium sponsored by the Division of Agricultural and Food Chemistry of the American Chemical Society at their 165th Meeting; taking place in Dallas, Texas. April 12-13, 1973. Book covers just about every aspect of professional winemaking from grape chemistry to at home storage for the amateur. Blue cloth is clean with light sunning along panel edge. Light foxing to endpapers; primarily at rear. Previous owner's name on flyleaf and matching bookplate on FFEP. Extremely rare DJ shows a couple of tiny edge chips at foot and crown. DJ shows some age-spotting however a DJ for this title is desirable in any condition as it was made with cheap paper and have pretty much crumbled away and been discarded. A rare glimpse into winemaking from a different angle; in a rare DJ.
