This copy is Signed by Rees on the half-title leaf, dated 9.12.87; Rees has also Inscribed the book on the verso of the front free endpaper: "To Chris, With loving good wishes & deep admiration / From Lloyd 4.7.88". A near fine copy, the dust jacket is rubbed and has some scratches, particularly on the front panel. "The aim of this book is to give a wide coverage of my painted work but with an emphasis upon the very early figure works and works from recent exhibitions which have never been published. In the original cloth slipcase, both book and case are very fine. Profusely illustrated with b/w and colour plates, with commentary. Flat-signed by Rees on the title-page, and dated 7.12.87.
