H. Russell and G. W. Steevens". They also made him one of the highest paid journalists in the world. Bound in blue cloth with sparkling gilt lettering to the spine. Everything is clean, sound and tight, with square unbumped corners. The contents are clean and bright with no ownership inscriptions or other markings of any kind. The pictorial dust jacket is unclipped (£3.50), and shows no discernible edgewear. It is now protected in a removable archival quality cover.
