Volume 1 is 342 pages, volume 2 is 420 pages, both volumes include sections of b&w photos and illustrations. Both volumes are 4" X 7". No former ownership marks, no writing on the text pages. Both volumes have some light edge wear to the covers. Volume 1 has a bump and crease mark to the lower right corner of the back cover. Volume 2 has a few dots of an ink stain on the top edge, though overall the edges of the text are relatively clean considering the age of the books and paper used.
