Bookplate of Charles Savile Roundell to front paste down, with bookplate of Herbert Hanbury Smith-Carington to the front free endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages generally bright and clean if slightly age toned. Slight burn marking to fore edges of first few leaves up until the end of the preface, resulting in slight browning and loss to paper.
