Rexine, 8vo, 22 cm, xii, 84 pp. Covers approximately 400 authors (with more than 70 pseudonyms). Aims "to include within author entries mention of titles where these generally reflect upon the regions being treated or, in many cases, where such titles reflect upon the principal occupations of the writers concerned, or upon the offices they hold. In the case of the present volume it will be seen that authors within the fields of nautical research, military history, agriculture, forestry, sports and pastimes make their mark upon the Berkshire, Hampshire and Wiltshire scene. Formerly in the library of the Athenaeum, with its gilt device on the spine, white ink callnumber on the front board, blindstamp on title-page, stamp on verso of the title-page, otherwise Very Good.…
