This paper aims to promote understanding of issues related to the digital divide, gender digital divide, geographical dispersion of digital work, and adverse digital inclusion.First, the lack of access to ICT is discussed, especially for those living in Sub-Saharan Africa where digital infrastructure is inadequate. It then analyzes the geographic distribution of digital work and examines how this could negatively impact African digital workers and encourage exploitation. In addition, it is discussed that there are also problems with the integration of people into the digital world of work since digital companies benefit from a lack of regulatory framework for digital workers in Sub Saharan Africa and therefore use predatory practices. It is argued that inclusion is not a panacea against poverty as wages for digital workers are particularly low in Sub-Saharan Africa. Both aspects ¿ the digital divide and adverse digital inclusion ¿ are analyzed from a gender perspective. This paper attempts to shed light on inequalities arising from unequal access to digital technology and inequality arising from inclusion in the digital labor market. The analysis reveals that the amplitude of diurnal anisotropy during LAWE events consistently remains low and statistically constant compared to the quiet day annual average amplitude for the majority of events. Furthermore, the timing of the maximum diurnal anisotropy for LAWE events shifts significantly towards earlier hours, aligning with the co-rotational direction and remaining consistent with the direction of quiet day annual average anisotropy for most events.Conversely, the amplitude of semi/tri-diurnal anisotropy remains statistically high and unchanged. However, the phase shift occurs towards later hours compared to the quiet day annual average values for the majority of LAWEs. Analysis of diurnal anisotropy vectors reveals a shift towards earlier hours in 50% of events and a shift towards later hours in the remaining 50%, relative to the average vector for the entire period. Additionally, it is observed that the amplitude of these vectors significantly increases with the shift towards later hours.The study suggests that high-speed solar wind streams do not play a significant role in causing LAWE events on a short-term basis, but they may contribute to these events on a long-term basis. The occurrence of LAWE is found to be dominant when the polarity of Bx and Bz remains positive, and the polarity of By remains negative ¿ a phenomenon not reported previously. Furthermore, the amplitude of the first harmonic exhibits a good anti-correlation with solar wind velocity, while the direction of the first and third harmonics shows nearly good anti-correlation. It is also looked at how it reinforces racist stereotypes and gives away the internalised racism towards black people within the writer, the white reader who this book was written for and American society as a whole. Informing my analysis with arguments put forward by critical race theoreticians, I argue that Lee employs the setting of an unknown, rural, southern town and the timeframe of the 1930s as a direct critique towards the racial biases and inequality prevalent in the 60s at the time of publication. This reveals that, despite the illusion of fairness, the legal system is deeply flawed by systemic racism. Simultaneously, the story, perhaps unknowingly, reinforces certain racial stereotypes, suggesting that the author reflects her own internalised racism through the storyline. Furthermore, a connection will be drawn to legal injustice towards the black minority today and how Lee's critique remains relevant.Over sixty years have passed since the first edition of 'To Kill a Mockingbird' was released.
