Codon optimization is a general approach for improving expression…of gene in any heterologous system. Full length chiA (1692 bp) from S. marcescens 141 (sm141chiA) was considered for removal of regulatory signals (partial optimized- sm141chiApm) and replacement of rare codons with preferred codons by tobacco (fully optimized- sm141chiAfm). Of 1692 bp, 22 and 432 nucleotides were altered to get partial and fully optimized genes, respectively. The synthesized gene was sub-cloned in plant expression vectors and transferred to tobacco. The plants containing sm141chiApm produced 1.82 fold more reducing equivalents whereas plants containing sm141chiAfm produced 4.39 fold more reducing equivalents compared to the plants containing sm141chiA. Optimization of bacterial codons to suit the plant codon dictionary improved the expression level of chitinase in tobacco by 2.57 fold.

So, both models approximately, give the same accuracy and can be used for predicting foF2 over Iraq (since Roquetes station lies at a latitude near to the latitude of Iraq). Also, it is found that both models are more accurate in predicting foF2 than TEC.

It is built on the Language Transfer Theory (LTT) established by Gass and Selinker (1994), the Ontogeny Phylogeny Model… (OPM) formulated by Major (2001), the Perceptual Assimilation Model (PAM) developed by Best (1994, 1995), and the Speech Learning Model (SLM) founded by Flege (1995). The instrument contained 30 English monosyllabic minimal pairs of the type CVC. The participants, who were living in the US, consisted of two groups: 5 advanced Saudi ESL learners with linguistic knowledge and 10 advanced Saudi ESL learners without linguistic knowledge. Results showed that both groups were fairly accurate at predicting final unvoiced Coronal and Dorsal stops after a shorter vowel. Conversely, they both had equal difficulties predicting voiced stops in this environment. Individual participants, overall, were quite uniform in their responses regardless of any background in linguistics. Finding suggests that all participants relied much more on the actual voicing of the final stops than they did on the length of the preceding vowel. 72 pp. Englisch.

Only the object that moves at low velocity, such as the Earth, has inertia mass approximately equal to gravitational mass. The inference of the general relativity thus is true.
