The nozzles are provided with 10 different angles of convergence ranging from 0 - degree to 90 - degree. The results obtained depicted a larger amount of difference for the convergence angle of 45 - degree thereby suggesting it as the optimum angle of convergence for the best results. The maximum amount of heat swapping can be observed for the geometry with 10 - degree convergence angle of the nozzle. The generated results depict that the best result and considerable amount of heat swapping can be observed at an angle of 45 - degree i.e. in between 40 - degree and 50 - degree convergence angle. The results can be applicable for larger intends as it can be an effective way for the transportation of the working medium. 56 pp. Englisch.

Based on a… case law analysis of the Courts jurisprudence, this study explores judicial interpretation and the possible consequences of this landmark judgment in the protection of disability rights.Findings suggest that in the Gonzales Lluy et al. v. Ecuador case, the Court applied objective procedural-standards to limit the sphere of its judicial freedom with critical results. the study found that since the American Convention does not contain explicit references to the human rights of persons with disabilities, the concept of discrimination or the Court s competence to rule on the violation of the right to education, the Court reached its conclusions by interpreting the American Convention in light of the regional and universal corpus iuris. In so doing, the Court reinforced the concept of legal interpretation as an 'art' since it exercised its 'creation' power using different means of interpretation in a particular mixed operation. 76 pp. Englisch.

The aerofoil geometries are opted to be of new a…erofoil type of NACA 8412 series. The aerofoil geometry was analysed for a constant angle of attack along the total length. This evaluation was done for the angle of attack ranging from 0o to 20owith 5o interval for each model. The inlet velocity for the flow along the surface of the aerofoil geometry was taken varied from 7.5m/s to 10m/s with 0.5m/s interval for each model. The plot points for the geometries are generated using the Auto CAD for different angles. The further simulations and evaluations were executed using the Ansys Fluent software. On evaluating and considering the variable conditions, the optimum values are obtained for the aerofoil at 15o angle of inclination at an inlet velocity of 9m/s. This study, seeks to address the gap that exist between the effective elaboration of various policies as regard to volunteerism and their proper implementation. The research makes use of purposive sampling technique bearing in mind the objectives of the work, and make use of secondary data as well as primary data collected from the field. From this, the study revealed through the hypothesis that the main factors influencing volunteering amongst students are perception, behaviour, financial motivation and knowledge. It is also observed that the main challenges towards volunteering amongst students are unawareness of volunteering programs and the slow implementation of volunteering programs by the government. Thus, to enhance volunteering in Cameroon, it is highly recommended that specific laws defining the status of volunteers should be put in place. 92 pp. Englisch.
