The glossy plain white card binding to both volumes is somewhat marked in places, there is some edge wear and creasing to corners, and a small split at the foot of the text volume spine / cover seam. A few page corners are also creased but the text is clean and tight otherwise. The text contains several essays on the Pre Raphaelites by Hilary Morgan, as well as notes to each of the 129 plates in the second volume. All in all a useful reference work in G condition. .
