The instrument prototype consisted of a survey and a learner profile. The survey assessed the learners' training needs and generated a customized learner profile with individual strategies for each learner. The prototype was tested at three different locates to determine if there was a relationship between the use of the suggested learner strategies and the learners' achievement scores. The findings of the experimental study revealed a significant difference between the achievement score percent of subjects who followed the learning strategies and those who did not.
