Bernadette Ridge has a personal mission statement, which reads as follows: “Having FUN being a fearless, adventurous support system, empowered to be a joyful contribution, using love and spirituality to create new directions, with ease, gratitude and abundance”.
Bernadette is originally from Ireland and now lives on Spinnaker Island, close to Boston MA in the US. She is a former teacher with a B. Ed. Degree, and a seasoned Workforce Engagement software solutions specialist. Her passion is to help people live their best, most joyful, lives. To that end, she has achieved certifications in Strategic Intervention coaching, Miracle-Minded Coaching, Barrett Values System Leadership & Coaching, Jack Canfield/Kathleen Seeley Virtual Skills Trainer in The Success Principles, Positive Psychology, Infinite Possibilities, Feminine Power, Robbins-Madanes and Somatic Breathwork, amongst others.
Her life experiences, including leaving countries twice, marrying and divorcing twice (whilst remaining friends with both ex-husbands!), having family members who committed suicide, including her own brother, being made redundant from corporate America positions three times, supporting various family members who are battling cancer, along with her own self-awareness and educational journey, make her well qualified to empathize with and help others.

To that end, Bernadette is currently establishing herself as a Life Strategist, author and speaker, leveraging different modalities including spirituality, physical and metaphysical transformations. She is a member of the Young Living (Essential Oils) and the World Happiness Community organizations, in addition to a powerful optimal health program.
In her “The Book on Transformation” chapter, Bernadette differentiates between life transitions vs “transformation” which she believes happens at a soul level and is akin to a deeper, more authentic and sustainable state of ‘be-ing’. Some liken Bernadette’s description of “transformation” to “being awakened” or living in “the fifth dimension”. The joy of the journey to transformation, which requires a willingness to go deep and to change, is that everyone is capable of it, regardless of circumstances, and it is only us who can give ourselves that ultimate gift, with a little help and guidance from the right sources.
