On the other side the problem of waste rubber is also a big concern which also led to the problem of environmental issues. So, a form of rubber called chloroprene is added in the bituminous concrete mix in order to attain more strength and stability. As no research work is done by using waste chloroprene rubber in bituminous concrete mix thus it creates a scope of further finding.
