Darin wurde ei…ne in der afz ersheinenende Reihe 'Rathgeber für Herstellung und Behandlung sämmtl. in und ausländischer Wurstsorten und Fleischwaaren'' zusammengefaßt und den Abonennten usnerer Zeitung zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir haben zum hundertjährigen Bestehen der afz diese bibliophile Kostbarkeit für unsere Freunde in einer limitierten Ausflage nachgedruckt.'' Abgebildet auf dem Vorderdeckel: Johann Daniel Kestner, der sog. Waltershausener 'Wurstkestner'. Im 19.Jahrhunderts trieb Kestner den Versand von Wurstwaren aus Waltershausen entscheidend voran eine seiner Spezialitäten war die Servelatwurst, bis heute unter dem Namen "Gothaer Wurst" bekannt. Überlieferungen sprechen von einem Rezept, das entweder von einem in den Befreiungskriegen zurückgelassenen Russen oder von Kestner in seiner Zeit als Fleischergeselle in Russland stammt. Neben Servelat stellte seine Fleischfabrik auch Zungen-, Leber- und Blutwurst, Schinkenwurst und Sülzen her. Abholung im Ladengeschäft in Frankfurt am Main (Nordend ggü. Musterschule) möglich.
