The original version as Ken intended and possibly with some libellous references. 1 of 25 Limited Edition copies in racing green leatherette binding published by Millbury in Ryarsh, Kent. We purchased this copy directly from the owner's of Millbury who informed us that these Limited Editions were originally to be given as gifts to close friends and family of Ken Colyer, it does not have a limitation page as issued.
