November 1914 in Skopje, Königreich Serbien; gestorben 29. November 1998) war ein jugoslawisch-schweizerischer Kinderbuchautor und unter seinem bürgerlichen Namen Dimitrije Sidjanski Verleger des NordSüd Verlags in der Schweiz. Dimitrije Sidjanski wuchs in Belgrad auf, studierte dort und an der Sorbonne in Paris Rechtswissenschaft und war in Jugoslawien als Anwalt tätig. Nach dem deutschen Überfall auf Jugoslawien kam er 1942 in deutsche Kriegsgefangenschaft, aus der er kurz vor Kriegsende in die Schweiz fliehen konnte. Dort begann er erste Kurzgeschichten und Romane zu schreiben.1949 lernte er seine Frau Brigitte (* 1931) kennen, mit der er zunächst in die USA auswanderte, fünf Kinder hatte und 1961 den Nord-Süd-Verlag in Gossau im Kanton Zürich gründete. In dem Verlag erschien als erstes Buch sein Kinderbuch Der Clown sagte Nein mit Illustrationen des Schweizer Glasmalers Gian Casty, das er als einziges Buch seines Verlages auf der Frankfurter Buchmesse ausstellte und damit Erfolg hatte. 1979 zog sich Sidjanski aus dem Verlag zurück, um sich als Mischa Damjan ganz dem Schreiben zu widmen. Das Verlagsgeschäft übernahm der Sohn Davy Sidjanski, seine Frau blieb dort Cheflektorin. Damjan schrieb mehr als zwanzig Bücher für Kinder und Erwachsene und hat vornehmlich Bilderbuchtexte und Geschichten geschaffen, in denen er Umwelterlebnisse, Tiere, Fantastisches und Märchenhaftes unterbrachte. Sein Pseudonym hatte er aus den Vornamen seiner ersten Söhne gebildet. Hans de Beer (* 1957 in Muiden, Nordholland) ist ein niederländischer Illustrator und Autor. Hans de Beer studierte zunächst Geschichte, danach Illustration an der Rietveld Art Academie in Amsterdam. Er zeichnete verschiedene Serien für niederländische Kinderzeitschriften, bevor sein erstes Bilderbuch mit dem kleinen Eisbären entstand. "Est-il des moyens de rendre les Juifs plus utiles et plus heureux en France ? Telle était la question posée en 1785 par la Société des Arts et Sciences de Metz pour son concours de 1787. Les trois mémoires couronnés dénonçaient l'oppression dont les Juifs étaient victimes et plaidaient en faveur de leur assimilation. Témoignage parmi d'autres, mais d'un éclat particulier, d'une évolution que la Révolution accélérera et sanctionnera par le décret de la Constituante du 27 septembre 1791. Les Editions d'Histoire Sociale (ou E.D.H.I.S.) ont reproduit, en fac-similé, le corpus des textes les plus importants relatifs à l'émancipation des Juifs par la Révolution. En trois volumes sont regroupés les trois discours récompensés par la Société de Metz, et signés de l'Abbé Grégoire, de l'avocat de Nancy Thierry et de Zalkind Hourwitz, Juif d'origine polonaise ; on les a fait précéder de l'essai du comte de Mirabeau "Sur Moses Mendelssohn", publié également en 1787 et inspiré des mêmes idées que les trois discours. Ces quatre volumes composent la meilleure des préfaces à l'oeuvre même de la Révolution. Pour comprendre l'importance de celle-ci, quatre séries de textes ont été réunies. Tout d'abord les adresses, mémoires et pétitions des Juifs eux-mêmes constituent un passionnant volume, de la "Requête à Nosseigneurs les Etat-Généraux en faveur des Juifs", jusqu'aux "Observations" d'Aaron Ravel sous l'an III. Ainsi peut être évalué sur pièces l'effort entrepris par les Juifs pour être intégrés à la nation. Un autre volume, le 6e de la collection, rassemble des discours, adresses rapports, procès-verbaux émanant de la Commune et des disctricts de Paris en 1790-1791, et révélant la pression exercée par les organisations révolutionnaires parisiennes sur la Constituante. Le volume suivant recueille les textes de l'Assemblée nationale (1789-1791) qui définissent et illustrent la nouvelle législation. Enfin un dernier volume rassemble des publications diverses de 1787 à 1806 (concernant, en particulier, les Juifs d'A.

Flarer Francesco (Tirolo 1791 - Pavia 1859) Medico e docente italiano. Allievo di Antonio Scarpa e Georg Joseph Beer tenne e rese famosa la cattedra di oculistica all'Università degli Studi di Pavia, mantenendo i contatti con i ricercatori europei . Con il suo lavoro 'De iritide', premiato dall'Accademia francese il 27 settembre del 1836, contribu all'evoluzione degli studi sulle membrane interne dell'occhio.

Flarer parla di una dichiarazione da rilasciare davanti al parroco affinché Luigina venga considerata come le altre figlie [n d.r. Sposato con Rosa Pessina, Flarer ebbe otto figli: due maschi, Giulio e Severo, entrambi medici (l'uno… oculista, l'altro chirurgo) e sei femmine, tra cui Amalia, che fu consorte di Agostino Depretis] e "che riceva quella quota di danaro che toccò alle altre.". Prosegue inoltre "D a Lovati che può fidarsi delle mie parole che sono più valide di una promessa e non badi a dicerie circa la Luigina che non ha altro difetto di quello di esser troppo sincera". La presente missiva fu inviata per chiarire la posizione di sua figlia Luigina, probabilmete avuta con una relazione extraconiugale. Unita fotografia seppiata mm. 65x105 applicata su cartoncino dello studio fotografico Moosbrugger di Meran (1875 c.ca), acquistato nel 1836 da Francesco Flarer che lo trasformò nella propria abitazione, eseguendo un radicale restauro.

Aggiungi al carrelloAntwerpen, ( zonder drukker - hoogstwaarschijnlijk Petrus Jouret ), 1714, in-folio, ( 30 x 18,5 cm) , (20) nn pp ( sign.A E ) . Eerste pagina met initiaal in houtgravure ( 30 x 30 mm). Het gedrukte document werd blad per blad gemonteerd in een uitsparing in het midden van een groot vel wit papier ( 51 x 38 cm) zodanig dat beide…zijden van het bedrukte blad kunnen gelezen worden bij het omdraaien van dit kader-papier. Herkomst: 18e eeuwse collectie van de Antwerpse Jezuïeten. (Veiling Walter Couvreur). Onderwerp: Zeer omstandige verdediging (in beroep) van de twee bovengenoemde brouwers. Volgens een vonnis van 9 October 1710 werden de brouwers in het ongelijk gesteld in verband met een preferentieële behandeling van hun tegoeden in de successie van wijlen Anthoni Scheerders. Volgens een request van16 Augustus 1546 (!) hebben Antwerpse brouwers voorrang bij de verdeling van de baten bij een failissement of successie. In dit uitvoerig betoog wordt ingegaan op vele precedenten en wetswijzigingen. Dit zeldzame document geeft een goed beeld van de rechtspleging aan het begin van de 18e eeuw. Het is opgesteld in een bombastisch juridisch jargon, doorspekt met Latijnse citaten en Franse woorden. E.g. Zelfs de brand van het Antwerpse stadhuis ( Spaanse Furie 1576) waarbij wetteksten verloren gingen wordt hier aangehaald. (Bibliografisch niet nawijsbaar- April 2020).
