In good condition, lightly aged, with light traces of glue from mount on reverse. An 8.5 x 14 cm photographic print, carrying an 8.5 x 10.5 cm black and white head and shoulders shot of a smirking Hill, staring fixedly at the viewer in black top. He is best remembered for his television programme, The Benny Hill Show, a comedy-variety show whose amalgam of slapstick, burlesque, double entendre and innuendo in a format that included both live and filmed segments. A British newspaper offers a substantial prize to the winner of a cross-channel air race, bringing aviators from around the world to compete for the chance at victory, and grabbing the attentions of various women. A number of authentic airplanes from the 1900s were used during production, including a 1910 Deperdussin Monoplane and a 1912 Blackburn Monoplane. Set and shot on location in England, including at Book Airfield in Buckinghamshire. Fuchsia titled wrappers. Title page present, dated December 1963, noted as REVISED SCRIPT, with credits for director-screenwriter Ken Annakin and screenwriter Jack Davies. 181 leaves, with last page of text numbered 174.
