Edizione cinquecentesca della fondamentale cronaca di Appiano sulle lotte interne che segnarono il passaggio dalla Repubblica all'Impero Romano (133 a.C. - 35 a.C.). La traduzione di Alessandro Braccio, segretario fiorentino, è una delle più celebri del Rinascimento italiano per qualità letteraria. Formato: In 16°.

La prima edizione delle "guerre esterne" era del 1502 (Roma, Silber). Secondo Argelati (p. 68) quest'edizione è "assai rara".
