Good condition. Illustrated by D.H. Souter, Harry Julius, George Taylor, Ben Jordan, and Oliver Brock.

HARDCOVER. 1916, First edition. A very good copy bound in illustrated heavy card boards with a brown cloth spine. The boards are lightly soiled and rubbed but are very good for their age. The edges are age tanned but the contents are in near fine condition with no damage and only very minimal soiling of any kind. A really lovely survivor. Scans available if required.

Card covers large octavo, 110pp, monochrome photos and illustrations - many being tinted Covers worn and creased with some minor chips at edges, some of papered spine missing at top and bottom, page edges browned, several what appears to be cigarette burns (text unaffected), sone ink spots on rear cover. A good copy for age and media. Extracts from Cavill's diary and newspaper quotes on events of the time.
