Crofts work establishes an intense, visual game with its environs and forces us to reconsider the occupied stes and their construction-conditions, all the while questioning ideas about private and puplic architectural spaces. Croft is one of the most outstanding and internationally-Known sculptors today. With this work, Croft, Portugals official representative of the 2017. Venice Bienale of Arts, also establishes a dialogue with the social housing project of Alvaro Siza, the Portuguese representative of the 2016 Venice Biennale of Architecture on Giudecca island. / Representação Oficial Portuguesa na 57 Exposicao Internacional de Arte, La Biennale di Venezia. Loucas de ferro, vidro e espelho, as esculturas monumentais de José pedro Croft (Porto, 1957) estabelecem um diálogo direto entre a paisagem e a arquitetura de Veneza, cidade marcada pela mutação da cor e da luz do céu que dela decorrem. movimentos da água.
