Biographies of 70 servicemen are provided. Each has a local street named after them. James Brown felt that a book should be written, and with the help of ex-servicewoman Patricia Riggs, the book was completed. The two surviving Victoria Cross winners of the War were involved with the book: the foreword has been written by Sir Roden Cutler, and the book was launched by Edward Kenna VC, on 1st, April, 1995.
