Dölf Reist (1921-2000), mehrfach preisgekrönter Fotograf, war mit Ernst Reiß Mitglied der Schweizerischen Himalaya-Expedition, der die zweite Besteigung des Mount Everest und die erste Besteigung des Lhotse glückte (1956). Im vorliegenden Band erzählt Dölf Reist mit seinen eigenen Bildern die Geschichte seiner Besteigungen auf fünf Kontinenten (Verlag).
