Aggiungi al carrelloHardcover. Condizione: Very Good. Condizione sovraccoperta: Good. No date of publication stated but could well be the 1938 first edition. Green cloth boards look still pretty fresh with crisp titles to the spine and a house vignette on the front board, also lovely and crisp. Inside the pages look nice and clean throughout, albeit lightly toned at the page block edge, as would be expected. There is a prize bookplate stuck on the front fly leaf page for a Dorking Sunday School pupil for attendance, dated 1954. It looks like there was an earlier prize stamp beneath the plate. The dust jacket is nice and bright, although price clipped and with some edge wear, closed tears and chipping. In all rather a charming copy which was acquired from a lovely old lady who was told me she was the recipient of the prize!
