Soft cover. Condizione: Fair. 57pp. 5 x 3.5 inch. Still in original plain paper wrapper. This work was first published in 1774 by his son the year after Dr Gregory died. This edition has no printing date but books published by R Scott of Glasgow are scarce but was known to be publishing in the 1790s. Handwritten but fairly faded on title page is "To the most aimable (sic) of her sex" and initialled by the donor. Some further words of wisdom are written to the bottom of the final and contents pages (see pics). A scarce version of this work. The rapper is a bit worn and stained but the interior is in nice clean condition.
