Fore- and bottom edge untrimmed. With nine engraved head and tail pieces. Buckram somewhat faded at the backstrip, intruding just a little to upper and lower boards, and endpapers browned. A small circular area of residue to the front free endpaper, from a now absent sticker, alongside a neatly inked contemporary former owner name and date. A nice, crisp copy of this early Gregynog production. Jones [4].

Limited edition of 450 copies, this being number 161. 4 full page engravings by Blair Hughes-Stanton. Pages printed in red and black and still unopened. Beige buckram spine, mottled red bds. Spine partially faded o/w a fine copy.
