One of the Deluxe Edition limited to 20 copies comprising the book and a folio of 13 type and specimen pages, six of which were created especially for this edition, printed on special papers and all signed by Gudrun Zapf von Hesse, the other seven being original specimens from publications 1955-2001. The book is presented in a s…pecial silk cloth binding with gilt lettering and initials on the upper cover and, together with the folio in a matching cloth binding, housed in a handmade, paper-covered slipcase; the bindings and slipcase were made by Judi Conant in Vermont. The book is also signed by Gudrun Zapf von Hesse on the colophon. The book is typeset in Nofret Roman, designed by Gudrun Zapf von Hesse. A copy of the prospectus is laid in together with an index of the book illustrations and a separate index of the 13 specimens in the folio. A book, folio and slipcase all in Fine condition.
