This blue hardback is in reasonably good condition with normal wear and marks consistent with use and age. There is some wear to hardback edge and corners and some shelf-life wear. Smith / Maj Gen. US ARMY. RET." Smith commanded forces in the Pacific Theater, and was tasked with the defense of the Hawaiian Islands. Maxwell D. Taylor (1901-1987), U.S. Army General.
