Je to dulezite i pro dalsi vedeni diskuse na tema nasi ustavy, nebot ti, kteri o tom rozhoduji, zpravidla vychazeji z toho, co o tom slyseli za posledni tyden v mediich. Zde se jim dostane na relativne malem prostoru fundovana informace o zakladech ustavni teorie ve vazbe notabene na problemy politickeho systemu. Je to podstatne prave proto, ze autor i zde zduraznuje, ze v ustavach nejsou rozhodujici slova, ba ani vety, nybrz jejich celkova konstrukce, hodnotovych zaklad a jejich celkove poslani. Neustale opakuji, ze v ustavach je obvykle malo napsano a hodne receno, a autor to v praci prokazuje.
