This valuable tome identifies U.S. and British library-located copies for all the scarcer, more rare volumes circa 1974, this being a reprint of the 1974 reprint of the original true First Edition of 1971 by Frederick Herbert Lake (born in 1929) and Harold Francis Wright (born in 1927). Volume contains scholarly apparatus in the form of, e.g., notes, index, and bibliography.
