That is my understanding as someone with a non-legal background. Also included are two separate documents - 1. Copy of 'Drfat Minutes of Ordinary General Meeting.February 18, 1907 ' [5pp]; & 2. Directors' Report, Year Ending November 30, 1906 - Financial in nature [4pp]. These documents are interesting in that they concern Robert Butchart's origins in Tod Inlet, a precursor of Butchart Gardens. Plus, the formation of an important early B. C. Industrial Company manufacturing cement . Several prominent British Columbia were involved with this Company. Minute Book measures 8.5" by 14".
