This is the Harveian Oration which was given in 1967 by Robert Platt, a British physician who specialised in the research of kidney disease, however is now best remembered for his debate with George White Pickering regarding the nature of hypertension. In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, attractive with just slight bumping to the head and tail of the spine and the extremities.
