British first edition (per Blackwell's "First published 1964" statement upon copyright page). xvi, 160 pages. Hardcover. Cream colored dust jacket mildly soiled; tear at spine head; some scuffs at edges; front flap's top right corner creased with publisher's printed price present at bottom right.
