Each volme is enclosed by a quarter morocco gilt, cloth and paste-paper tray-case made by Arno Werner and Carol Blinn. Loosely inserted is a TLS by David B. Kotin thanking the recipient for sending the tray-case for the book and expressing his great joy in receiving it via Marilyn and Will Rueter, loosely inserted into volume one. This copy and Volume Two are fine.
