Aggiungi al carrelloPaperback. Condizione: New. Print on Demand. This book is a lively compendium of the author's experiences as a sportsman, and is packed with anecdotes and observations about the countryside, hunting, fishing, and the camaraderie that these pursuits engender. The author loved nothing more than a day out with a gun or a rod, and his writing conveys much of his passion for these activities. Despite his enthusiasm, the author is no stranger to self-deprecation, and his accounts of mishaps and missed shots are told with good humor. The book will appeal to anyone who loves the outdoors, and especially to those with an interest in shooting and fishing. It is a nostalgic evocation of a bygone era, and a celebration of the sporting life. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book. print-on-demand item.
