This document also provides a concise history of the land which was variously owned by the Albert Ground Company in 1878, Francis White, John Perkins and Joseph George Read. This document consists of three pages. The Abstract of the Title document of 1908 details the transaction between Frederick Augustus Perry and George Ernest Hosking. 3 pages long.
