Cloth. Condizione: Near Fine. Second & Enlarged Edition. SIGNED AND INSCRIBED BY AUTHOR on front endpage -"The Hon. Will H. Hays Postmaster General with the compliments of the author. see page 304 BW Rogers Tayler". Page 304 contains the poem "Roosevelt's Last Message" , which begins "Hays: see him!
