Some dampstaining along the very edges, most visibly on the last text page. Otherwise, text clean and pages tightly bound, despite external damage. Portraits of eminent stage actresses of the late 19th century, each with a brief biographical profile. The tissue portraits are mounted on cardstock. This testimony is a thoroughly enjoyable read, if for no other reason than the out-of-touch sensibilities of elected officials then, or the latent hypocrisy of modern-day ones. Near fine; rare.
