Beide Seiten werden nunmehr gezwungen, die Zukunft als Dialog und nicht als Konfrontation zu sehen. Zuvor gab es zwischen den Zielen beider Seiten keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeit - also auch keine Chance zu einem echten Ausgleich. Wird kein Übereinkommen erzielt, so muß die nächste Kriegsrunde notwendig noch weit brutaler sein als alle voraufgegangenen Kriege.
