Jahrhundert im neugotischen Stil wiederaufgebaut wurde und dem preußischen König Friedrich Wilhelm IV. als Sommerresidenz diente. Es gilt als ein Hauptwerk der Rheinromantik und ist heute Teil des UNESCO-Weltkulturerbes Oberes Mittelrheintal.
