Red cloth lettered in gilt on the front cover; cloth lightly marked; tiny tape stain on the front pastedown (a trifling production flaw); an excellent copy. South Australian Facsimile Editions No. 2. Peade SA2 (not recording this date, but noting the 1965 edition; stating a total print run of 355 copies, including 213 for a '1967 reprint?'; and recording copies in blue vinyl laminate and blue cloth, but not red cloth as here). Ferguson 3306 ('A very early and rare pamphlet', citing only the Mitchell Library copy).
