Metallurgica di Fornaci di Barga, e suo timbro al verso del piatto. Traccia di gora solo al margine del piatto anteriore, ombre esterne e buchetti da chiodino, senza perdite. ROSELLINI (Pisa 1…800 - 1843), dal 1824 fu prof. d'ebraico e d'arabo nell'univ. di Pisa. poi strinse amicizia con J.-F. Champollion e, sotto la sua guida, studiò i geroglifici. Partecipò (1828-29) a una spedizione in Egitto e, tornato in Italia, ne pubblicò i risultati: nove volumi su "I monumenti dell'Egitto e della Nubia" (1832-44) e gli "Elementa linguae aegyptiacae vulgo copticae" (1837). Il suo Giornale di viaggio fu pubblicato (1925) da G. Gabrieli. (Treccani). Le lettere, commentate dal Teza, sono 12, lunghe e fitte di notizie, datano dal 26-8-1828 al 27 marzo 1832 e sono diretta da varie località egiziane al Granduca di Toscana o a suoi ministri. In fine, cita la commemoraz. che Rosellini scrisse dello Champollion (morto il 4 marzo 1832) e le reazioni politiche. Mai apparso in Maremagnum. Censito in sole 2 bibl.
