Althou…gh we purchased this album with a group of books and records from former Supreme Mary Wilson in September, 2012, we're still not sure who the signer "Ian" is . . . . It could be Arista engineer Ian Curnow, who with Phil Harding did some work on these tracks. (Our notes say "Ian Benson," but that can't be right, can it?) Reduced from $130.

Six vintage publicity photographs of The Four Tops, taken variously throughout 1965-1975. Three photographs credit International Talent Management of Detroit, Michigan on the bottom margin, with the insignia of photographer James J. Kriegsmann of New York on the bottom corners, and six photographs with provenance stamps on the v…ersos. The Four Tops originated in Detroit in 1953, originally playing as the Four Alms. The group was one of the originators of the Motown sound that grew in popularity throughout the 1960s, and played without a change in personnel for over four decades. The band continues to perform today, with Fakir as the last surviving original member. 8 x 10 inches. Generally Near Fine.
