Covers are clean with moderate wear; rubbing at crown and foot of spine as well as outer corners, cloth partially peeling from spine with a tear (about 4.5") running up from foot along front spine edge. Front and rear endpapers are partially torn along spine gutters. Binding is secure and intact. Pages are clean with light uniform toning and minimal wear.
